Mailbox Size

For technical reasons, the size of every mailbox is limited. You will automatically be notified once your mailbox is 95% full and 100% full.

If your mailbox is “full”, you basically have two options:

• delete old mails

• increase mailbox size

Deleting Mails

Most e-mail programs move mails being deleted into the trash folder. So remember to empty the trash folder finally to free up mailbox space.

Increasing Mailbox Size

To increase your mailbox size, log in to LiveConfig and edit the mailbox properties.
